Vision & quality

Engineer the machine. Hold the tolerance.

An engineering company earns its reputation one shift at a time. Our vision is straightforward: build equipment that holds its standard in production, and support it for as long as it runs.

Our vision

Precise, capable, built to last.

We measure our work in thousandths because our customers do. A mattress line, an automotive interior cell, and a medical sewn-products station all depend on a machine doing the same exact thing, thousands of times, without drift.

That is the company we set out to be and the company we hold ourselves to: one where the engineering is exact, the build is documented, and the support outlasts the sale. Every division, from the flagship mattress line to precision machining, is held to the same standard, so a customer gets the same Atlanta Attachment whichever line they buy from.

Quality control standards

How we hold the standard.

Quality is a set of practices we can point to, not a slogan.

Measured, not estimated

Components and assemblies are made and inspected to specified tolerances. When a machine is quoted to a standard, that standard is measured, not assumed.

Documented builds

Machines are built to documentation, so a unit can be supported, repeated, and serviced years later against a known specification rather than institutional memory.

Tested before it ships

Equipment is run and checked against its intended operation before it leaves the floor, so the machine a customer receives behaves the way it was engineered to.

In-house control

Engineering, machining, fabrication, and assembly share one floor. Keeping the whole build under one roof keeps quality under our own control rather than a supply chain we cannot see.

Our pledge to the customer

What you can expect from us.

Four commitments that outlast the purchase order.

The machine runs the way it was quoted

What we specify is what we deliver. The performance a customer signs off on is the performance the equipment holds in production.

The relationship begins at the sale

Training, technical manuals, the AACare service program, and after-hours emergency support exist so a customer is supported for the working life of the equipment, not just through the warranty.

Uptime is our responsibility too

The Atlanta Parts Depot stocks the folders, gauges, needles, and expendables that keep a line moving, so a consumable is never the reason production stops.

We answer as the people who built it

A customer talks to the engineers and technicians who designed and built the machine, in English or Spanish, not a call center reading from a script.

Hold us to it.

Tell us the operation and we will engineer a machine that meets the standard.
